At Jim White Toyota, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our esteemed Used Cars team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and expertise.
- Assist customers in completing sales applications and ensure a seamless transaction experience.
- Inspect the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any issues to management to maintain a high level of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with management to ensure the lot is merchandised correctly, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Develop strong rapport with customers, providing a personalized and engaging experience.
- Deliver high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Enthusiasm, high energy, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
- Outgoing and friendly, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quality customer service skills and a proven sales track record are highly valued.
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
- Persistent, competitive, and a good work ethic are essential for achieving sales targets.
- Professional appearance and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record are required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
