- Engage and communicate proficiently with both our internal engineering teams and clients' engineers to innovate solutions within the wood waste sector.
- Actively pursue meetings with potential clients and existing accounts to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key client accounts.
- Implement the sales strategy and align with the priorities of Air Burners, Inc.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in business-to-business sales or demonstrable sales success.
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful relationships in the capital equipment industry.
- Ability to work autonomously.
Additional Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with the capability to plan visits, prioritize tasks, respond swiftly to opportunities, and maintain diligent follow-up.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with wood waste concepts is advantageous, though ongoing training will be provided by our Sales Director.
- Proficient in learning and utilizing a CRM system effectively.
- Must be able to commute as required.
