  • Oversee the generation of new business leads and implement strategies to surpass sales objectives.

  • Engage and communicate proficiently with both our internal engineering teams and clients' engineers to innovate solutions within the wood waste sector.
  • Actively pursue meetings with potential clients and existing accounts to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key client accounts.
  • Implement the sales strategy and align with the priorities of Air Burners, Inc.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in business-to-business sales or demonstrable sales success.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful relationships in the capital equipment industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated with the capability to plan visits, prioritize tasks, respond swiftly to opportunities, and maintain diligent follow-up.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with wood waste concepts is advantageous, though ongoing training will be provided by our Sales Director.
  • Proficient in learning and utilizing a CRM system effectively.
  • Must be able to commute as required.
