Our Induction Program

Our intensive and supportive Early Childhood Teacher First Steps induction program is designed to help you settle into your role and develop your skills and knowledge. You will receive:

  • 3 months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally
  • An ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role
  • Opportunities to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners through Community Connection Sessions

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, be working towards the above qualification
  • Hold a current Blue Card
