About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at ecruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance management program.
  • Provide guidance and advice to staff on compliance matters.
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and report on compliance activities.
  • Serve as the Bank Secrecy Act Officer, overseeing the anti-money laundering program.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial regulations.
  • Experience in compliance or risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
