Position Summary

DG Partnership is on the lookout for a Regulatory Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer to enhance our team.

The Compliance/BSA Officer will be tasked with the development, execution, and supervision of DG Partnership's compliance management strategy. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

We support a flexible work model that combines remote opportunities with office engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and sustain the compliance program at DG Partnership.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members regarding compliance issues.
  • Conduct assessments of compliance risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee and report on compliance-related activities.
  • Act as the BSA Officer, managing the anti-money laundering initiatives.
