Job Opportunity

Partnership for Children is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to join our team in Missoula, Montana.

This full-time, hourly position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing hope and support to children and families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working with youth ages 4-14 in a trauma-informed environment.
  • Maintaining group living and care settings.
  • Meeting individual client needs and providing personalized support.
  • Maintaining program structure and ensuring a sense of security and connection for children and families.
  • This position is eligible for paid Practicum opportunities.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Partnership for Children offers a comprehensive benefit package, including:

  • Annual Leave up to 80 hours per year.
  • Bonus Leave at the rate of 16 hours for each year of employment up to a maximum accrual rate of 112 hours per year.
  • Exceptional Leave (illness or injury) up to 96 hours per year.
  • Paid Educational Leave.
  • Health Insurance, with Youth Homes paying 85% of employee's premium.
  • Health Savings Account contributions up to $100 per month.
