Job Title: Counselor - Partnership for Children

Partnership for Children is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing hope to children and families. We are seeking a skilled Counselor to join our team in Missoula, Montana.

Job Summary:

This full-time, hourly position is responsible for working with youth ages 4-14, maintaining group living and care, meeting individual client needs, and maintaining program structure. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide trauma-informed care to youth ages 4-14
  • Maintain a safe and supportive group living environment
  • Meet individual client needs through counseling and support services
  • Maintain program structure and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Participate in paid Practicum opportunities
