  • Create subject matter resources, including the design and delivery of training programs for government officials, multilateral organizations, and peace process delegations.
  • Collaborate across the Institute to ensure coherence in dialogue initiatives, including national, religious, political, security, and community dialogues as they relate to respective peace processes.
  • Willingness to undertake substantial international travel as required.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience with government agencies, multilateral institutions, or international NGOs on peace and conflict issues is highly preferred.
  • Experience in engaging and advising non-American stakeholder groups, civil society organizations, and policymakers is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in teaching or training on dialogue, negotiation, or mediation skills is preferred, along with experience in facilitating large group discussions or meetings.
  • Exceptional representation and communication skills (both oral and written), including cross-cultural, media, and interpersonal abilities; proven capability to interact with individuals across various political, social, cultural, and economic spectrums.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional proficiency in Spanish or Arabic being advantageous.
