Front Desk Operations Manager

Onix Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our front office and pantry areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone.
- Ensure all associates adhere to hotel policies, standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform in all front office functions and be responsible for hiring, training, and development of all associates working for the front office.
- Assist the general manager in all areas to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year hotel front-desk supervisory experience.
- Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
