Job Description

Onix Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our front office and pantry areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone.
  • Ensure all associates adhere to hotel policies, standards, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform in all front office functions and be responsible for hiring, training, and development of all associates working for the front office.
  • Assist the general manager in all areas to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year hotel front-desk supervisory experience.
  • Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
