Front Desk Ambassador

At Onix Hospitality, we pride ourselves on being a leader in the hospitality industry, owning and managing eight award-winning hotels across the Mid-Atlantic region and Florida. With a portfolio of over 1,000 hotel rooms, we serve over half a million customers annually, and we're looking for a talented Guest Services Representative to join our team.

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the face of our hotel, representing us to our guests throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include verifying guest reservations, assigning rooms, and communicating with hotel personnel to ensure seamless operations. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling payments and cancellations, and promoting our services to guests.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to think on your feet. You'll also need to be knowledgeable about our reservation system, be able to post charges accurately, and follow proper credit card and cash-handling procedures.
We're looking for a motivated individual with a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of front desk experience in a high-volume property. You'll need to be able to type 30-35 wpm and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
