Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and leading the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes overseeing labor scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient use of space, equipment, and workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse personnel and operations.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with various company initiatives, including Budgeting, Employee Development, Training, Safety, Quality Assurance, Cost Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new hires on product knowledge, equipment upkeep, proper loading and unloading techniques, and safe work practices.
  • Monitor and manage equipment inventory effectively.
    1. Evaluate returned equipment for functionality and safety compliance.
    2. Supervise and coordinate the delivery and transfer of equipment.
  • Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Class D License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous supervisory experience or military background is preferred.
  • Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.

All candidates will be required to undergo drug testing, a criminal background check, and E-Verification of their eligibility to work in the United States.

Working Environment:

  • Employees will spend time standing and walking in the yard.
  • Employees will also spend time seated at a workbench performing equipment maintenance.
  • Employees will engage in counting and restocking items in the showroom, warehouse, and yard.
