Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Maxx Fitness Clubs.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities include maintaining organized filing systems, providing exceptional telephone communication skills, and offering administrative support to staff in the office.

This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week, at our Shelton, CT office.

Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.

Fitness experience is helpful but not necessary.

This is a high-energy environment, and the right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Job Requirements:

Maintain organized filing systems

Provide exceptional telephone communication skills

Offer administrative support to staff in the office
