Senior HR Manager

At HC Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's talent management strategy and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and implement HR practices that foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive business success.
- Provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, organizational design, and other HR functions to management and employees.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership skills and improve performance.
- Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions for employee issues, complaints, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement and monitor HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Proven experience with talent management, employee relations, and change management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
