Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist

Aging in Place Specialists (AIPS) is a locally owned outpatient practice dedicated to providing exceptional home-based care for the elderly. We focus on enhancing the quality of life for our patients without the complexities of OASIS documentation, utilizing WebPT for our electronic medical records.

We are looking for a dedicated Full or Part-Time Physical Therapist (Independent Contractor) to serve our community in Sussex and Kent County, Delaware. Your role will be vital in helping our clients achieve functional independence and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer appropriate treatments to patients.
  • Facilitate discharge planning for patients.

  • Bring a positive attitude to every interaction.

Qualifications
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience as a Therapist.
  • Experience in geriatric care is highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Access to a portable computer (iPad, laptop) for documentation.
  • Valid documentation allowing work in the US.
