About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Emerald Technologies. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, creating quotes, and processing transactions.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of work processes within the agency to ensure high standards are met.
  • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the agency owner and other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed insurance-specific or comparable commercial education.
  • Experience: Ideally, previous experience as a sales assistant or in a related field.
  • Skills: Customer and service-oriented, open-minded, enjoys working with people, and proficient in using digital media.
