About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salesperson at NovaTech Solutions. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, receive and stock merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing store displays, restock shelves, and ensure that merchandise is properly priced and labeled.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Training or Experience: Ideally, you will have a commercial training or professional experience, preferably in the retail sector. We also welcome career changers.
  • Customer Orientation: You will have a strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Adaptability: You will be willing to learn new things and adapt to changing situations.
