Job Title: Representative, Door-to-Door Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at JAB Wireless. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in rural and suburban communities by delivering exceptional fiber and wireless internet services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales success by proactively selling our cutting-edge fiber and wireless internet services to residential and small business customers through door-to-door outreach.
  • Build connections with Homeowners' Associations (HOAs), apartment complexes, small businesses, grocery retail, and local community leaders to enhance our market presence.
  • Engage the community by representing JAB Wireless at various events, creating brand awareness, and generating leads through active and enthusiastic participation.
  • Showcase our solutions by effectively presenting and explaining the benefits of our internet services, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting clients in choosing the right service for their needs.
  • Achieve targets by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals while providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay informed by participating in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current with product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback by sharing insights and feedback with the sales management team to help refine sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but a strong commitment to building relationships and engaging with community organizations is essential.
  • Tech enthusiast: A genuine interest in technology and internet services will help you effectively convey our value proposition to potential customers.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, set and achieve personal sales goals, and maintain motivation in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communicator: Strong communication skills with a talent for connecting with diverse community members and stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
  • Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear on a regular basis. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle/workspace area.
