Jubilee Housing is a leading provider of affordable housing and community development services in Washington D.C. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to oversee the management of our properties and ensure the financial, physical, and operational health of our communities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, real estate, and finance, with experience in managing multiple sites and over 100 units. They will be responsible for supervising a team of Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers, and Facilities Team, and will work closely with Resident Services Coordinators to ensure effective and timely resolution of resident complaints and lease compliance issues.

The Senior Community Manager will also be responsible for preparing annual budgets, managing cash flow, and maintaining accurate inventory of tangible assets. They will work closely with the Director of Property Management to ensure that all community cash management functions are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers, and Facilities Team
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets
  • Manage cash flow and maintain accurate inventory of tangible assets
  • Work closely with Resident Services Coordinators to resolve resident complaints and lease compliance issues
  • Collaborate with the Director of Property Management to ensure effective community cash management

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management and affordable housing management
  • Experience managing multiple sites and over 100 units
  • Strong background in real estate, finance, and property management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
