Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources team and drive business outcomes through strategic talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence. As an Executive Team Leader Human Resources, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, while ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support our guest-centric mission
  • Lead and manage a high-performing Human Resources team, providing coaching, development, and feedback to ensure team members have the skills and expertise needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and belonging
  • Develop and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide guidance and support to store leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, and apply this knowledge to drive business results and improve HR processes
Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business results through HR strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and team members
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on developing and coaching team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
