Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and friendly greeting to every customer, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, check, and credit card transactions while following company policies and procedures.
  • Store Operations: Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by store management.
  • Supporting Departments: Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development.
  • Embracing New Services: Stay up-to-date with new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time, and lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.
