About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead our Capital Markets global relationship within Tier 1 customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to maximize these relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Capital Markets customers on a holistic basis, developing and executing a strategic plan to grow the relationship globally.
  • Add new TCV to the relationship, securing every Capital Markets renewal, and attaining both in-quarter revenue and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level contacts, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Capital Markets experience, with a proven track record of success in direct sales and relationship management.
  • University degree and strong technical skills, with a background in financial services.
  • Prior software selling experience and an MBA or advanced degree are highly desirable.
