As the HR Administrative Specialist at Stark & Stark, you will play a vital role in supporting various human resources functions under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment assistance, onboarding processes, management of employee information, and providing comprehensive support across HR operations.

  • Conduct administrative duties such as maintaining the employee database, generating analytical reports, and preparing official correspondence.
  • Facilitate recruitment initiatives by overseeing online job advertisements, coordinating interview schedules, and performing reference verifications.
  • Assist in the administration of performance management programs and the development of HR policies.
  • Engage in onboarding activities, training sessions, and address employee inquiries effectively.
  • Contribute to fostering a robust Firm culture through participation in volunteer initiatives and events.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • An Associate degree in human resources or a related discipline, complemented by 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM Certified Professional or HRCI Professional in Human Resources.
Physical Demands:
  • Extended periods of sitting at a workstation and utilizing a computer.
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
