Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a cohesive team of Resident District Managers and/or Directors of Dining Services, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Drive personal and team development towards building positive client relationships and achieving key performance metrics (profitability, safety, engagement, etc.)
  • Participate in the regional leadership team, sharing best practices and addressing risks while promoting diversity and community building
  • Oversee accounts within the territory, making informed decisions that consider both short and long-term impacts
  • Assist senior leadership in establishing the cultural framework within the district and region; engage regularly with team members and partners to ensure transparency, understanding, safety, and accountability
  • Act as a representative and brand ambassador for the territory, participating in client and community engagement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience with knowledge in contract and budget management, customer service, team development, food services, and negotiations
  • Demonstrated success in business growth with strong financial acumen
  • Ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically
  • Exceptional skills in client relationship management, influencing, presentation, and communication (both written and verbal)
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required for the role
