Job Title: Maintenance Improvement Planner

ECOVYST CATALYST TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Improvement Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance work orders to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule maintenance work orders to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks
  • Manage work order backlog and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Provide technical input on capital projects and equipment specifications
  • Participate in weekly production planning meetings to ensure integrated coordination of maintenance priorities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a maintenance supervisor, maintenance specialist, or maintenance planner in a chemical plant or refinery
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Transportation Worker's Identification Credentials (TWIC)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient using SAP as the CMMS platform
