We are seeking an experienced Operations Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Indorama Ventures- Indovinya in Dayton, TX. This role will provide operations support for the Dayton Surfactants Plant, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operations support for the Dayton Surfactants Plant, including maintenance work, budget control, and maintenance backlog management.
  • Chair daily meetings with the Maintenance Team Leader, Planner, and Operations Coordinator to review daily work, next day activities, and changes in priorities.
  • Work with Production Supervisors and Production Engineer to establish maintenance work priorities.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, including cost ledger maintenance and SAP cost transactions.
  • Participate in Maintenance KPI meetings and Weekly Resource Allocation Meetings with planners and scheduler.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant maintenance/operations/logistics experience in a process industry such as petrochemical, refinery, pulp & paper or power plant.
  • BS Mechanical Engineering and 3 years of related experience preferred, or not less than 5 years of experience in a Chemicals Manufacturing / Maintenance environment.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Consistent track record of demonstrating leadership.
