About the Role

H&H Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic proposal management and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development and Management: Manage the development and production of responses to project solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, LOIs, etc.) in a fast-paced and deadline-intensive environment.
  • Proposal Coordination: Assume responsibility for proposal production and coordination as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Schedule and Compliance Management: Establish and manage proposal schedules and compliance checklists to ensure seamless execution.
  • Targeted Messaging and Win Themes: Work with leadership and technical subject matter experts to craft targeted messaging, win themes, and differentiators that drive business success.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with subcontractors and other teaming partners to ensure effective collaboration and proposal success.
  • Regional Proposal Resources: Develop and maintain regional proposal resources, including resumes and project descriptions, to support business development efforts.
  • Solicitation Monitoring: Frequently monitor websites for the advertisement of new solicitations to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prequalification Packages: Upkeep and submission of prequalification packages to ensure compliance and timely submission.
  • Quality Control and Editing: Provide expert quality control checks for other Marketing Coordinators, ensuring style and grammar edits, data verification, and compliance.
  • Business Development Support: Support client management programs, industry involvement, and other business development efforts as needed.
  • Database Management: Maintain company database (VantagePoint) opportunities, clients, and contacts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • FDOT Procurement Experience: Experience with FDOT procurement and pre-qualification processes is essential.
  • Writing and Editing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to complete work assignments independently.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Highly organized, analytical, deadline-driven, and demonstrates exceptional follow-through.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (English, marketing, communications, technical editing, writing, or similar degree) is preferred.
  • Proposal Development Experience: Five+ years of proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Highly proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
