Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Associate Account Executive and Event Coordinator in daily tasks.

  • Collaborate with brand partners to create strategic promotional initiatives.
  • Support logistical tasks including shipping and mailing.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Access to a vehicle for transportation.
  • Possession of a laptop for office use.
  • Comfortable handling equipment such as tents and tables.

Internship Details:

This is a full-time internship requiring in-office presence from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Compensation: $60 per day plus potential class credit, with reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses.
