About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination and management of our firm's qualifications and marketing proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining and updating corporate firm information for use in Firm Qualifications
  • Search for RFQ/RFPs through various procurement websites
  • Track, update, and report on pursuits of interest
  • Coordinate with subconsultants as needed
  • Keep track of professional firm licenses and certificates
  • Maintain and update Unanet/Cosential (CRM) which includes, opportunities and qualifications
  • Keep an inventory of all marketing supplies for proposals and qualifications
  • Assist Proposal Manager with RFP submissions
Requirements
  • Knowledge of procurement and RFP/SOQ processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe programs
  • Relationship Management
  • Business Acumen
  • Communication skills
  • Program/Project Execution
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • 1-3 years experience working at an A/E/C firm as a Marketing Assistant
  • Experience using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of InDesign a Plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Knowledge of Unanet/Cosential (CRM) a plus but not required
