We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at OneSupport. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
