Job Overview

You will have the opportunity to:
  • Implement commercial strategies for your clients on daily, pre-scheduled routes.
  • Leverage your communication skills (Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
  • Harness your competitive spirit on a daily basis.
  • Stock, merchandise, and rotate all beverage sections and displays in your assigned locations.
Routes will service Greer (SC) and surrounding areas.

Schedule: 5 consecutive days a week including weekends; shift: 5am - completion of the route

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves according to established procedures and special programs.
  • Manage, sell, and execute in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes, generating sales orders based on delivery frequency to ensure operational success and contribute to the company's financial performance.
  • Implement applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, ensuring excellence in execution for assigned customers.
  • Organize and maintain backroom inventory by stacking and arranging products, returning empty pallets, and managing damaged or out-of-date items.
  • Create and distribute point-of-sale materials where permitted, ensuring proper rotation and merchandising of products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel through regular follow-ups on requests and discussions about new opportunities.
  • Identify and communicate competitive issues or market activities that could impact business operations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 0-1 years of work experience
