Position Summary

The Operations Analyst is pivotal in ensuring compliance with ISO (Independent Sales Organization) standards. This role encompasses the leadership and enhancement of various organizational facets, including systems, processes, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and analyze residual payment calculations.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to guide internal teams and external partners regarding residual payment inquiries.
  • Effectively communicate the methodologies behind residual payment calculations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate billing and propose system enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement formulas to support customer billing aligned with departmental objectives.
  • Work across departments to create and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing training support.
  • Leverage an understanding of Payarc's operational needs to challenge and improve existing processes.
  • Assist with additional tasks and provide operational support for special projects as required.

  • Technical proficiency or a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to master all necessary software for daily operations.
  • Preferred experience in payment processing.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and operational procedures related to merchant booking.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods.
