Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide critical services to LGBTQ+ individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact and has experience working with marginalized communities.

You will be responsible for providing crisis intervention and support, assisting clients with housing stability, and connecting them to necessary resources.

About the Position:

  • Collaborate with IOOV team members to provide coordinated, client-centered services.
  • Develop safety plans and provide legal counseling and advocacy to clients.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and manage the LGBT domestic violence referral line.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (MSW preferred).
  • Paid experience in case management and counseling, with a focus on serving LGBTQ+ individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $70,000 per year
