TTogether for Youth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Welfare Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in empowering youth and families to live safely, independently, and productively in their communities.

About the Position

The Child Welfare Advocate will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive case management plans for youth and families, ensuring their safety, permanency, and well-being. This includes assessing family strengths and needs, developing alternative placement or permanency resources, and delivering effective case management services.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, with a minimum of 0 years of experience working with at-risk youth, families, and children from ages 0-21. They will also possess excellent communication and engagement skills, as well as the ability to handle crisis intervention in a solution-focused manner.

Competitive Salary and Benefits
