Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive housing assessments to identify clients' needs and eligibility for various programs
  • Develop tailored housing plans that address each client's specific needs and goals
  • Advocate for clients' rights and fair treatment in the housing market, ensuring they receive equitable access to safe and affordable housing
  • Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients experiencing housing instability or homelessness
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions, housing plans, and services provided
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least two years of experience working with LGBTQ individuals and communities, particularly those of color
  • Strong advocacy skills and ability to navigate complex systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
