We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will play a crucial role in promoting iFLY's extraordinary indoor skydiving experience. CSRs are expected to possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service abilities, and will often serve as the initial point of contact for our guests. If you thrive in a vibrant, collaborative environment, this position may be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety: Ensure customer safety throughout their visit to the wind tunnel and facility.
- Sales: Engage with guests to recommend and sell experiences that enhance their time at iFLY.
- Service: Maintain a cheerful and welcoming demeanor to excite customers about their experience and assist them promptly.
- Service: Address product or service concerns by clarifying issues, selecting suitable solutions, and ensuring follow-through.
- Additional Duties: Manage merchandise stock, maintain cleanliness of the facility, operate the wind tunnel, process refunds, and reschedule as necessary. Participate in marketing-related photography and video content creation for promotional purposes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability on weekends is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Outstanding sales and customer service skills.
- Confidence in both phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Able to resolve conflicts, manage multiple tasks, and understand customer needs.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and compassionate personality.
- Integrity, punctuality, and a professional appearance are essential.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while fostering positive relationships.
