Job Title: Phlebotomy Specialist - Patient Services Representative II

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team as a Patient Services Representative II. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner
• Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure a positive experience
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision
• Collaborate with the area supervisor to ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
• Keyboard/data entry experience

Working Conditions:

• Flexible hours required to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice
• Travel required to work at various locations
