Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all functions of the tax department, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
- Provide expert consultation and advice to clients on intricate tax issues.
- Stay informed on changes in tax legislation to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Lead a team of tax professionals, offering mentorship and training.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships to foster business development.

Essential Functions:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Design and implement innovative tax strategies aimed at minimizing tax liabilities and enhancing financial outcomes for clients.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to address complex tax challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Review and authorize tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee accurate and timely completion of tax initiatives.
- Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in tax management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a concentration in tax management.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
