Role Summary

The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in supporting both finance and operational teams throughout budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities. This position involves analyzing financial data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to identify trends and enhance accuracy and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting regional and division leaders in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitoring performance of operating accounts.

  • Recommending actions to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • High proficiency in Excel for data management and financial modeling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and meet objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
