Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Infection Prevention and Control Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality care across our health system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to reduce clinical risk and hospital-acquired infections
- Collaborate with senior leadership and staff to identify and mitigate potential sources of infectious diseases
- Oversee the implementation of the Infection Control Plan and ensure compliance with established standards
- Participate in the Infection Control Committee and contribute to the development of infection control strategies
- Advise on infection control best practices and provide education to staff on infection prevention and control
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Public Health or Epidemiology
- Certification or eligibility for CIC (Certification in Infection Control)
- Progressive leadership experience in Infection Control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
