We are currently seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to join our team.


Position Overview:

As a key member of cross-functional project teams, you will contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions. You will monitor the performance of equipment and processes, addressing any issues that lead to non-conforming products or quality concerns.

Your role will involve collaboration with Quality Assurance and Research & Development teams to seamlessly integrate new products and processes. You will also be responsible for identifying and rectifying manufacturing process discrepancies during prototype development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with Integer's core values and adhere to all safety, environmental, security, and quality standards, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Devise innovative strategies to tackle complex challenges and advance technology beyond previous company initiatives.
  • Plan and execute engineering projects addressing unique or high-stakes issues impacting major organizational programs.
  • Provide technical guidance to management as needed.
  • Identify and acquire suitable process equipment.
  • Research, develop, and implement new process technologies of significant scope.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including procedures, training materials, protocols, data analyses, and reports.
  • Lead project and program meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication with individuals and business units, acting independently on technical matters within your expertise.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in your engineering specialty.
  • Work in a dynamic environment that includes office, laboratory, and production floor settings.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.


Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.


Specialized Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in solid modeling software (e.g., Solidworks, Pro-E, Pro-Engineer, Inventor).
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).
  • Familiarity with coating processes, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), metallization, and sputtering is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
  • Experience in equipment specification, qualification, transfer, and procedure development.
  • Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt, Black Belt) are beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $91,500 - $134,200.
