JOB SUMMARY

The Order Fulfillment Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring that all customer orders are accurately picked, processed, and packaged before dispatch. This position collaborates closely with our Delivery Driver to guarantee that customer orders are precise, complete, and organized according to Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Verifying that packaging and marketing labels are accurate on finished products.
  • Generating compliance labels utilizing the POS system.
  • Affixing compliance labels to all items.
  • Ensuring that product unit counts and compliance labels align with dispensary manifests to prevent customer rejections or complaints.
  • Preparing and sealing all completed orders for delivery.
  • Scheduling customer orders based on logistics, available inventory, and customer specifications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • A minimum of 1 year (preferably 2-3 years) of hands-on experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment with measurable objectives and standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to strict policies and procedures.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient time-management skills and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and general computer operations.
  • Physical ability to stand for at least 6 hours daily and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.
