JOB SUMMARYThe Order Fulfillment Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring that all customer orders are accurately picked, processed, and packaged before they are dispatched for delivery. This position collaborates closely with our Delivery Driver to guarantee that orders are precise, complete, and organized according to Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.
CORE JOB DUTIES- Verifying that packaging and marketing labels on finished products are accurate.
- Generating compliance labels utilizing the POS system.
- Affixing compliance labels to all products.
- Ensuring that product counts and compliance labels align with dispensary manifests to prevent customer rejections or complaints.
- Preparing and sealing all completed orders for delivery.
- Scheduling customer orders based on logistics, available inventory, and customer specifications.
- A minimum of 1 year (preferably 2-3 years) of hands-on experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment with measurable objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
- Highly organized with the capability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and general computer operations.
- Physical ability to stand for at least 6 hours daily and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.
