About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Housing Manager to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities at our Tax Credit apartment community, Aspen River Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing the overall operations of the apartment community, ensuring a positive and safe living environment for residents.
  • Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with company procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Conduct unit inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Interact with current and prospective residents, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
  • Assist in all aspects of leasing, including touring, accepting, and processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Verify and test income and asset verification of tenant files for applicable housing programs, ensuring compliance with HUD and Tax Credit regulations.
  • Review and process household file applications for rental assistance and affordable housing programs within the compliance department.
Requirements
  • Yardi Voyager experience is a must.
  • Tax-credit property management experience is a must.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to handle pressure due to complexity and time sensitivity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preserves and respects resident and applicant confidentiality.
  • Driver's license required.
