Job Title: Housing Supervisor

At Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Housing Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of our residential facilities, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment conducive to residents' recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals in recovery residing in our housing program, monitoring for potential warning signs of concerning reoccurring symptoms and referring them for additional support.
  • Ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct, monitoring residents for prohibited items and ensuring all residents are accounted for.
  • Monitor resident progress and ensure adherence to program guidelines, reviewing and approving housing removals or departures as needed.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings for residents as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Respond to incidents at the home in a timely and professional manner, documenting and determining the best course of action.
  • Facilitate random and scheduled drug screenings, select resident managers for leadership positions, and facilitate routine resident manager meetings and training.
  • Maintain accurate records of housing census, supervise and coach housing staff, and respond to neighbor concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collect and track rent payments from eligible residents, complete monthly house inspections, and maintain general upkeep of homes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of relevant experience in programs related to substance abuse recovery or supportive housing.
  • CDCA, LSW, LCDC II/III certification.
  • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and car insurance.
  • Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
  • Must be 25 years or older.
Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, with some evenings and weekends and support off shifts as needed, serving our Zanesville and Newark office locations.
