Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Compensation: Starting at $18.50/hour with applicable Shift Premiums - .25 increase after 90 Days. RESUMES ARE REQUIRED.

Full-Time Direct Employment with Immediate Benefits - No Waiting Period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patrols throughout the premises on foot and by vehicle as needed.
  • Oversee security camera feeds and perform daily safety inspections.
  • Manage disturbances and, if necessary, escort individuals off the property.
  • Prepare initial incident reports and collect evidence as instructed by security management.
  • Inspect the exterior of the buildings to conduct safety and security assessments.
  • Complete security-related incident reports in collaboration with security management.
  • Ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

At a minimum, candidates should possess:

  • Familiarity and experience with security systems.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in security or loss prevention.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present organized and comprehensive information.
  • Self-motivation to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and endure various weather conditions.
