  • Manage daily production tasks to ensure that items are produced according to specifications, within deadlines, and budget constraints.
  • Track production timelines and modify workflows as necessary to accommodate fluctuating demands or resolve production delays.
  • Ensure production objectives are achieved and resources are used effectively.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols to maintain superior product standards.
  • Perform inspections and evaluations to ensure adherence to company quality benchmarks and regulatory standards.
  • Address and rectify any quality concerns or defects promptly.
  • Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Guarantee that all production operations comply with safety regulations and organizational policies.
  • Facilitate regular safety training and drills to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Promptly address any safety risks or incidents and report them to the relevant authorities.
  • Equipment Management:
  • Supervise the functioning and upkeep of production machinery and equipment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine servicing and to resolve any equipment issues or repairs.
  • Ensure that machinery operates efficiently and safely.
  • Process Enhancement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement modifications to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze production metrics and data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of production methodologies, quality assurance, and safety practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
