Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Compensation: Starting at $18.50/hour with applicable Shift Premiums - .25 increase after 90 Days.
Full-Time Direct Hires with Immediate Benefits - No Waiting Period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols throughout the premises as required.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and perform daily safety inspections.
  • Manage disturbances and escort individuals off the property when necessary.
  • Prepare initial incident reports and collect evidence as instructed by security management.
  • Perform exterior inspections of the buildings to identify safety and security risks.
  • Compile incident reports in collaboration with security management.
  • Ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you should possess:

  • Experience and knowledge of security systems.

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in security or loss prevention.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present clear and organized information.
  • Self-motivation to work independently or collaboratively.
  • The physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and endure various weather conditions.
