Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Compensation: Starting at $18.50/hour, with applicable Shift Premiums - .25 increase after 90 Days. RESUMES ARE REQUIRED.

Full-Time Direct Employment with Immediate Benefits - No Waiting Period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patrols of all areas within the facility on foot and by vehicle as needed.
  • Oversee security camera feeds and perform daily inspections for physical hazards.
  • Manage disturbances and, if necessary, escort individuals off the premises.
  • Prepare initial investigation reports and collect evidence as directed by security management.
  • Perform safety hazard and security audits around the exterior of the buildings.
  • Complete incident reports in collaboration with security leadership.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • Familiarity and experience with security systems.

It would be advantageous if you also possess:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in security or loss prevention.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present clear, organized, and comprehensive information.
  • Self-motivation to work effectively with minimal supervision or within a team.
  • The physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and endure various weather conditions.
