Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts

Compensation: Starting at $18.50/hour plus applicable Shift Premiums - .25 increase after 90 Days. Resumes are required.

Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hires with Immediate Benefits - No Waiting Period

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patrols throughout the premises on foot and by vehicle as necessary.
  • Oversee security camera operations and perform daily safety inspections.
  • Manage disturbances and escort individuals off the property when required.
  • Prepare initial incident reports and collect evidence as instructed by security management.
  • Inspect the exterior of the buildings to conduct safety and security evaluations.
  • Compile incident reports in collaboration with security management.
  • Ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • Familiarity and experience with security systems.

It would be advantageous if you also possess:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • One year of experience in security or loss prevention.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present organized and comprehensive information tailored to the audience.
  • Self-motivation to work effectively with minimal supervision or within a team.
  • The physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and endure various weather conditions.
