**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Activities Coordinator to join our Senior Adult Day Program team at Kintegra Health. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing therapeutic small group activities, conducting assessments, and communicating with the care team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and implement specific programs/groups as part of the plan of care for therapeutic recreational activities.
  2. Conduct all initial assessments and scheduled reassessments of participants, completing them prior to scheduled team conferences.
  3. Communicate participant changes to the team and participate in quality activities as appropriate.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social or recreational program providing services for frail elderly populations within the past 5 years
  • Licensed Recreational Therapist in NC

**Compensation and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
